Mr. Wilson is the owner of "Wilson Law Offices, P.C." He has been licensed to practice law in Kansas since 1982 and in Idaho since 1988. He is also licensed to practice law in the Federal Courts (Districts of Idaho and Kansas) and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Wilson has been practicing law since 1982. He has over 26 years of legal experience assisting people through their legal difficulties at a fair and reasonable cost.

Mr. Wilson's legal practice focuses primarily in the fields of Criminal Defense and Debtor/Creditor representation in Federal Bankruptcy Court. He also provides legal assistance to persons who have a personal injury claim requiring legal representation and does so on a contingency fee basis. Referrals to other legal fields will be made on a case by case basis.
